We will never use your photos for any purpose other than creating your memory video without your explicit permission.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Our Service offers various subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of video delivery if you're not satisfied with the final product. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system.

8. Delivery and Revisions

Video delivery times vary by plan. We strive to deliver all videos within the promised timeframe. Revision requests are subject to the limits of your chosen plan and must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Memories Alive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
